Terms of Purchase
Our terms of purchase apply to the purchase agreement that you enter into with Fitness Trade Europe AB, corporate identity number 556953-9611 when placing an order via https://deniceemoberg.gymleco.com. By ordering, you accept our Terms of Purchase. Fitness Trade Europe AB does not enter into purchase agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the parent’s approval. Purchase agreements are only entered into with the customer with a delivery address in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, UK or US. Orders where another person’s identity is used without this consent, card fraud, or other attempted fraud are reported to the police.
In the event of any errors in stock status or price, Fitness Trade Europe AB reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement. If the product has expired, or another reason is available, Fitness Trade Europe AB is not obliged to provide the product, but can suggest an alternative product. All image information should be considered as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our normal delivery time are as followed:
Sweden: 3-7 days
Other countries: 8-14 days
This applies to products that are in stock.
NOTE: Orders placed on weekends are handled at the earliest on the following Monday. If you are covered by the shipping company as a so-called “Odd place” or “Island delivery”, extra costs for shipping may be added. We always contact to agree on how we will proceed with these additional costs.

You can change the currency with the “country selector” at the top of the page and all prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust the prices due to price changes from the supplier, typos or inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

- Return policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer within the EU, UK and Norway have a 14-day right of return that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. If you order from a country outside of the EU you have no right to return or get a refund.
When exercising your right of return, you must announce that you wish to return it. The message should be sent to us firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging, including the protective plastic film.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product because of used or damaged product.
As a customer, you always pay the shipping price for the return.
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1. How to proceed in the event of a reclaim
Any errors and defects must always be reported to email@example.com where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a detailed description of the error. Please send with photos and possibly video for faster handling
If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
- Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

To be able to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, for example accounting laws.
10.3 What information is shared and for what purpose?
10.3.1. Payment provider
When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice
10.3.2. Shipping company
To be able to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. We share your first name, last name and address information. E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we work with are: DHL, Postnord and Fraktkompaniet.
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This to be able to keep you updated on news and offers.
We use MailChimp to send out newsletters.
10.4. The right of access

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms of Purchase shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
